What is your return & exchange policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@resaltzwellness.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

As a small business, ReSaltZ does not offer exchanges at this time unless the cause of the exchange is an error from ReSaltZ. If you are unsatisfied or the items are damaged, please contact our Customer Care team hello@resaltzwellness.com.

What is your refund policy?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the cause of the refund is an error from ReSaltZ. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@resaltzwellness.com.

Damaged product in transit or received a wrong item

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at hello@resaltzwellness.com immediately with photos if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For U.S. domestic orders, there are two shipping rate options. All orders eligible for free shipping or promotional shipping rates will use the most economical shipping option available.

* Domestic economy shipping: 5~8 business days of transit time after shipping
* Domestic standard shipping: 3~4 business days of transit time after shipping

Please note that the above transit times are estimates only and can vary by the carrier. Delays may occur, especially during holiday seasons (November to December of each year).

What is the shipping fee?

For the U.S. domestic orders, we offer free shipping on orders over $50 USD. For the U.S. domestic orders, there are two shipping rate options, which are dynamically determined by the weight and dimensions of your order, unless there's a free shipping promotion.

When will my order ship?

Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday via the most economical shipping carrier within 72 hours of payment processing. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and estimated delivery date once your order is processed. Please note that it can take up to 24 business hours for the tracking number to become active and viewable.

During holiday seasons (November to December each year), please allow for additional processing and delivery time. Orders may take up to 2-3 weeks depending on your location.

My tracking number said my order arrived, but I never received it.

We suggest that you take the following steps below to locate your delivered order.

1. Ask your neighbors or doorman if they have mistakenly received your package. This is the most common reason as to why packages are not received.

2. Wait another 48-72 hours for your package to arrive. The tracking code may show as ‘delivered’ but it could take additional time.

3. The carrier may have tried placing it at a safe location. We suggest you to check: mailbox, porch, garage, any areas out of potential weather hazards, other entrances or doors near your residence.

4. Contact the carrier and file a claim with them. In addition, please contact the ReSaltZ Customer Care team hello@resaltzwellness.com.

I put an incorrect shipping address, what do I do?

We try to fulfill orders as soon as they are created with the information provided by the customer. Due to the short time frame when orders are made to when they are fulfilled in our warehouse, we are not able to guarantee that orders can be cancelled or modified.

We ask that you contact the Customer Care team immediately.

Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it?

We are unable to refund you the difference or offer price adjustments. However, if you choose to return the item, please review our return policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ships to the United States excluding Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories at this time. We are working hard to ship internationally. Sign up to our email list for updates.

Product & Ingredients

How long does solid soap, shampoo and conditioner last?

The exact usage will differ depending on the amount of hair and washing frequency.

However as a guideline, one full-size facial and hair cleanser lasts over 60 washes on average, equivalent to the contents of three 8 oz. plastic bottles of liquid soap. One full-size conditioning bar lasts over 100 washes on average, equivalent to the contents of four to five 8 oz. plastic bottles of liquid soap.

How do I use solid soap, shampoo and conditioner?

Step 1: Gently rub the moistened cleansing bar together to create a nice, soft lather.
Step 2: Glide the lathered bar across your face or scalp, following its contours. Massage the lymphatic pressure points in the face, neck and head using the signature pointed shape of the soap.
Step 3: Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

How do I recycle the packaging?

What is the expected shelf life of your products?

The product has a shelf life of 3 years from the manufacturing date that's indicated on the packaging. However, as it is made with natural ingredients without artificial fragrance or dyes, the product may naturally fade or its scent may weaken over time. While it's completely safe to use the products upto the shelf life, we recommend using it as soon as possible after purchase to enjoy the product in its best condition.

Are your products or ingredients tested on animals?

We are a sustainability-driven brand, and all our products are cruelty-free and vegan. Therefore, there's no animal testing, and all our products are made with plant-based ingredients.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, we are both vegan and cruelty-free. Our products are crafted with natural herbs inspired by Korean traditional medicine from Dongeui-Bogam. Experience the rich aroma and immune-boosting properties of our natural essential oils and plant extracts.

Are your products gluten free?

Yes, we offer 100% gluten-free products.

Are your products safe for color treated hair?

Yes, our products can be used for chemically treated hair, such as dyed or permed hair.

Are your hair products silicone free?

Yes, our hair products are completely silicone free.

Does ReSaltZ products use any artificial fragrance?

We incorporate both natural essential oils and artificial fragrances into our products, guided by a few principles.

In our skincare and body care line, we prioritize the use of healing essential oils. However, in our perfume line, such as hand creams and fragrances, we employ a proprietary blend of fragrances for longer-lasting scents, alongside natural essential oils. These products are crafted to appreciate the scent itself, thus we blend both types of fragrances.

We conduct careful assessments and evaluations of the safety and efficacy of all fragrance blends, considering products that come into contact with the body, as well as those used in spaces and on fabrics. This evaluation precedes the determination of fragrance blending for all products. The blending percentages of all fragrance ingredients are managed safely in compliance with the recommended permissible levels by IFRA and other global regulatory agencies.
