My health is not very good, so I received a doctor's prescription not to use chemical products. (They say chemical products and environmental hormones are not good for breast disease.)

Since I heard that shampoo and conditioner are particularly bad, I have been looking around since the beginning of this year to try switching to vegan products.

After reading reviews that said it had good ingredients and was good at cleansing, I thought about it and bought a salt massage bar and tried it.

I was skeptical about how good face soap would be, so I put water on it and made a lather, but for some reason... the lather was so rich that I was able to wash my hair and face with soap and use it as an all-in-one solution without the need for body wash..!

I don't really like things that feel sticky or slippery after washing. But this one is so moist and soft that it makes me feel refreshed and well-washed, so I love it! :)..

So, after consistently using Houttuynia cordata products, I was curious about this blue soap, so I bought it and used it as a body wash. I think it's good because it's less dry than Houttuynia cordata and leaves moisture even after washing. :)
I'll have to use this all the time during the dry fall and winter :)

After all, since I've been using this, my nose doesn't get itchy from harsh chemical smells, and I can use soap, shampoo, and body wash in one go. It's great, and I think it's also helpful for my health.

(For your information, people around me are worried that my hair will get greasy after using it as a shampoo. My scalp is oily, so even if I don't wash it for just one day, it gets greasy on rainy days. This one keeps me soft all day long :) I also get the treatment here. I bought it together and the treatment is the real thing!!! Just like applying soap to your hair, if you pass it a few times, your hair will be fine......+_+ Be sure to try it!!!)

May the owner who made this product be blessed :)
Thanks to you, I found the item of my life and am using it well.
Please sell it for a long time :)

* End of review of what I bought with my own money!

At first, I used a foam net, but it worked well so I just use it. The firmness is perfect for massaging and it's not soft.

Even on days when I put on heavy makeup, it comes off completely haha. The massage is really refreshing!

Product FAQs

How much bath salt to use for each detox bath soak for body or foot?

Use approximately 4 tablespoons for a full-body bath, 2-3 tablespoons for a half-body bath, or 1-2 tablespoons for a foot bath. If your tub is larger or if you enjoy a more enhanced aromatherapy effect, please add more as desired.

What's the key difference between Korean mineral sea salt and regular epsom salt?

The quality of your mineral detox baths at home depends on the quality of salts that you use. There is a wide variety of salts you can use for a relaxing bath. Epsom salt and sea salt are two of the world’s favorites. Although both are called “salt”, they have distinct differences. Both are natural healers in baths, easing aches and ailments, and enhance beauty routines when mixed with essential oils.

The key difference is that Epsom salt isn't actually a salt. Despite its name, Epsom salt is a mineral found in water, made up of magnesium and sulfate. It crystallizes like sea salt but has a different chemical composition.

Unlike sea salts, which contain sodium chloride, Epsom salt consists of magnesium, sulfur, and oxygen. This unique composition distinguishes it from sea salt.

At ReSaltZ, we use mineral-rich sea salt from Korea's pristine sea near Bigeumdo island. These trace minerals act as micronutrients, helping to detoxify the body and balance the skin barrier.

Is Korean mineral salt bath comparable to Epsom salt bath?

If you use Epsom salt for its natural soothing and exfoliating properties, sea salt is an excellent Epsom salt substitution. Just like Epsom salt, sea salt can also be used as a bath salt and foot soak salt. Sea salt exfoliates the dead skin, oil, and grime from the body.
